Building education at scale

Building a capability-based educator assessment and hiring platform for schools.
Y Combinator Startup School alumnus (2025).

Led learning design, alliances and partnerships, and blended and offline learning models for a cradle-to-grave learning offering.
Developed go-to-market strategy and product–market fit for new products; grew revenue streams for existing ones.
Drove national and international accreditations and built the organisation's standing on industry forums.

Headed product curriculum development for language learning across LEAD's school network.
Led the launch of new products under the LEAD offering.

Built product content and a strong teaching workforce for skill-based learning for ages 4 to 14.

Led a team of around 80 people building curriculum design and holding quality standards for learning content.

Launched the Commerce product in 2018 with 3,000+ learning videos built by 10 subject-matter experts and 20 freelancers.
Led development of 6,000+ videos, 600+ educational cue cards and 30,000+ questions powering AI-based chat support.
Built curricula for 25+ national and international education boards and 10+ competitive exams.
Launched the Live Class product for Commerce and Social Sciences.

Reached 100% internships and placements, with a 3× jump in placement packages.
Built collaborations with CII, FICCI, IMC and 500+ industry partners; Taskforce Committee Member at CII, West Zone.
Taught Business Communication and Human Resource Management.

Set up three centres across Mumbai within 10 months.
Designed the CEFRL-based French curriculum and led German, Japanese, Spanish and Mandarin programmes.
Ran faculty recruitment, induction and development training; built international student-exchange partnerships.

Planned 6 academic programmes across Dubai, Singapore and Sydney; managed 6 programme coordinators.
Worked with 100+ faculty across 20+ nationalities; mentored MBA students on internships and industry projects.

Taught Business Communication, HRM, Logistics & SCM, Commerce and French; trained new teachers.
Founded SIES Skyline, the college newsletter, and recruited and trained a ten-member editorial team.
Consulted on educator recruitment for IB, IGCSE, ICSE, CBSE and State Board online teaching (Brainnr).
