About me

A simple love for learning.

What started as a love for learning has grown into a career spanning classrooms, boardrooms and conference stages.

With over 15 years in the education sector, I've had the privilege of working at the intersection of curriculum, strategy, teacher development and institutional relations. I hold a Doctorate in Education from the European International University, Paris, a post-graduate diploma in Business Administration from Welingkar Institute, Mumbai, and a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai.

I started out at the SP Jain School of Global Management, planning academic programmes across Dubai, Singapore and Sydney. From there I took up leadership roles at Toppr, LIDO, BeyondSkool and the LEAD Group, each one adding a new layer to how I read the education sector. My last corporate role was Chief Learning Officer and Head of Strategy at HubbleHox (Ampersand Group & VIBGYOR Schools), where I led learning experience design, product strategy and business development.

Today I'm building Hyriki, a capability-based educator assessment and hiring platform for schools. I also teach every week as a Visiting Professor at IISM under the University of Mumbai, my regular dose of real, unfiltered learning and energy.

I've been fortunate to speak at platforms like the CII National School Education Summit 2024 and Bharat Shiksha Expo 2025, and to be featured by Business World, Business Standard and ANI News for my work in education and nation-building. Always humbling, always motivating.
